If a client cancels the project before the actual work begins, a partial refund (up to 70% of the amount paid) may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
3. No Refund After Project Delivery
Once a project or service has been delivered or shared for review, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
4. Changes and Revisions
We offer multiple revisions as per the agreed scope of work to ensure full satisfaction before final delivery.
However, requests beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges.
