I’m Pramod Kumar Natulya, a passionate entrepreneur, digital communication expert, and community leader dedicated to empowering people through technology, innovation, and social service.
With over two decades of experience in advertising, media, and digital solutions, I have successfully built and managed multiple ventures under the Perfect Media Communication group — including PMC Yellow Pages, PMC Bulk SMS,
PMC Digital, PMC News,
PMC WebTech and PMC Chatbot.
My goal is to help businesses grow through smart marketing, strategic communication, and cutting-edge digital tools.
Beyond entrepreneurship, I have a deep commitment to community service and leadership. As the President of Lions Club of Rourkela Vedvyas Triveni (2023–24 & 2024-25 ), I led several impactful initiatives in health, education, and social welfare, earning the Outstanding Club President Award from Lions Club International, District 322C2.

I also served as the IT Secretary of the Rourkela Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 2022–23 and 2023–24, working to promote digital transformation among local businesses and entrepreneurs.
In addition, I hold the position of Public Relation Officer at Rourkela’s most popular and famous tourist palace Hanuman Vatika, Rourkela, and Music Circle also , Rourkela, contributing to cultural, devotional, and community-building initiatives.
